This half term, explore how the Georgians magically illuminated their homes and public buildings to glorious effect with an interactive workshop for 7 - 11 year olds.

Discover how Sir John Soane became a master of theatrical light displays as he regularly lit up the Bank of England in celebration of Britain’s military victories. Find out how the Georgians enjoyed spectacular fireworks across the River Thames and London parks. Attendees will get to make shadow puppets, lanterns and Georgian sugar sculptures in this activity packed workshop.
